Time Rich is an app designed to help you voluntarily limit your smartphone use and value your own time.

We touch our smartphones an average of 2,600 times a day, picking them up once every 10 minutes. On average, we spend 4 hours a day on our smartphones, with 20% of young people spending up to 7 hours. Excessive smartphone use is said to cause sleep disorders, depression, memory and concentration problems, and a decline in academic performance. Time Rich is an app designed to help you voluntarily block smartphone use and value your own time. To unblock the app, you will need to pay 100 yen. Part of the money collected will be donated, and the rest will be used for operating fees (app development costs, design fees, etc.) to support mental health in Japan. No user registration required! You can start using the app as soon as you download it.
